I have been having a ton of calf cramps at night too. is that pregnancy related...I haven;t looked anything up on ityet?

sara

I've heard leg and calf cramps are pretty typical during pregnancy. It helps a lot when I flex my foot up and down.

Animalia!!!!
Great book choices- makes me want to have a baby!! Don't tell Kev haha.

sara

HAHAHA. I won't tell him. It's probably a good idea to get the wedding out of the way first!

I have solved (of course now that it's in writing, I will be proven wrong) my calf cramping issues by giving each calf a quick stretch at each nighttime bathroom break. Which are 2 or 3 at this point (29 weeks). They were getting bad and I haven't had a single one since I started doing this.

You are getting SO close!!

sara

Thanks for the tip! I've been stretching them throughout the day and that seems to help a little. I'll try it at night, too.

You're getting close, too!!!
